Setting up fonts again...

I have the following problem - cannot setup the font for the menu header (see below fig 1):

I made the font substitutions in the registry and so on.
The problem can be temporarly solved after making a New->Menu and add a cyrillic menu header, but it is only for the current session - after restarting application the font is again as shown.
It's Axapta 3.0 CIS
Any ideas?

PS I am Bulgarian and my writen Russian is not good, but I can read and understand quite well, so write answers in Russian
