Enterprise portal and Document Handling?

Is there a functionality like Document Handling in Enterprise Portal for Axapta 3.0?
If yes, how can I setup it - the place where documents are stored? Where they can be stored?

In common is FULL functionality of Axapta available through WEB interface?

ВСЯ функциональность Axapta через WEB интерфейс однозначно недоступна (нет, допустим, управления финансами).

Документооборот в Enterprise Portal доступен, хотя и в несколько урезанном режиме. Настраивается в параметрах Enteprise Portal.
