Не могу создать перетащить Info Part в Menu Item\Display

Там же:
8. Locate the CustTableListPage form in the AOT.
9. Drag the VetCustPetTableInfoPart menu item to the Parts node.
10. In the property sheet for the new part reference, set the DataSourceRelation property to EDT.VetCustPetTable.CustAccount.
11. Save your changes to the CustTableListPage form.

1. В шагах 8 и 11 указана форма CustTableListPage, но с ней не выполняются никакие операции.
2. Когда я перетягиваю VetCustPetTableInfoPart menu item в Parts, то она VetCustPetTableInfoPart полностью уходит из Menu Items и сиротливо сидит в корне Parts. Так и должно быть?
3. Я не вижу свойства DataSourceRelation в VetCustPetTableInfoPart. Что я делаю не так и где она должна находиться?
